We want you to love your Rocketbook products, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please ensure all digital components are disconnected and physical notebooks are free of permanent ink before starting your request.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the Rocketbook and any included accessories, such as the microfiber cloth or Pilot FriXion pen, into the original packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
