How long does shipping take for my electronics order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your tech gear sooner.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Rocketbook electronics come with a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my package after it ships?
